Who should sign up for the new LRH Medical Center Patient Portal?
Patients of our LRH Medical Center or any of our LRH hospital-based services, including Hollis Cancer Center, Wound Care Center, Rehabilitation, Infusion Center, or Family Health Center.

How do I sign up for the new Medical Center Patient Portal?
Click the HOSPITAL PATIENT PORTAL box above and follow the instructions to register.

Who can I call if I have questions about the Medical Center Patient portal?
For questions, please contact 866.592.0202. For any clinical questions, please contact your physician or healthcare provider.

Do I need to sign up for the LRH Medical Center Patient Portal if I have a Relay Health account with the hospital now?
Yes, you will need to sign up for the new Medical Center Patient Portal.

The new Medical Center Patient Portal is replacing the Relay Health Portal. You will still have access to your Relay Health account; however, after June 29, 2019, the information in that account will no longer be updated. We encourage you to sign-up for the new Medical Center Patient Portal to maintain access to the most up-to-date health information.

What Patient Portal do I use if I have receive care at an LRH doctor’s office?
For patients who receive Primary or Specialty Care at one of our doctor’s offices, you will continue to use the Patient Portal through FollowMyHealth. For more information about our LRH Physician Group Patient Portal, please call 863.284.5000.
