Our award-winning emergency care is coming closer to you in South Lakeland at our new Freestanding Emergency Department. Join us for a FREE community open house on Saturday, March 8, where you’ll get a first look at the brand new facility before we open our doors for patients on March 10. Please note: This event is not the official opening of the facility. We will not be open to take emergencies until Monday, March 10. This emergency department is part of Lakeland Regional Health. This is not an urgent care center. Its services and care are billed at hospital emergency department rates.
