Lakeland Regional Health is pleased to now offer Urgent Care Telehealth Visits so you can receive fast and efficient care without leaving the comfort and safety of your home.
Visiting with one of our Urgent Care providers is quick and easy and is open to those ages 2 years and older. There are no apps to download or subscriptions to buy. Video calls can be made through your computer, tablet or smartphone as long as it has video and sound capabilities.

- Athlete’s foot
- Canker or cold sore
- Certain medication refills
- Constipation and/or diarrhea
- Cough without fever
- COVID-19 symptoms
- Female bladder infections
- Eczema
- Fungal skin infection, such jock itch, ringworm, etc.
- Hay fever/allergies
- Headaches not associated with acute trauma, numbness or loss of function
- Heartburn or acid reflux
- Pink eye

Not all medical care can take place during a Urgent Care Telehealth visit. When you call to schedule, we will let you know if you will need to come into the office for your appointment.
Some medical care can be done by phone. When you call to schedule an appointment, we will try to provide a good solution to meet your needs.
You will not be charged two separate co-pays in the event you have an in-person visit on the same day as your Urgent Care Telehealth Visit. Please refer to your insurance plan benefits for your plan-specific coverage and patient responsibility requirements.
