The hard work of the Lakeland Regional team this past year is garnering some impressive attention. Just last month, Lakeland Regional Medical Center was named one of thirty-six recipients of the 2014 Gallup Great Workplace Award, which recognizes companies throughout the world who have achieved engagement excellence for their extraordinary ability to create an engaged workplace culture.
