Free Sport Physicals

Join us for a day of health, wellness, and sports readiness at our Kathleen Campus! We’re offering free sports physicals to ensure that every participant is ready for an active and successful year of athletics. All participants must complete the pre-appointment documentation.

Open to all middle school and high school student athletes.
