Lakeland Regional Health Concierge Medicine is committed to providing highly personal, exceptional healthcare. Dr. Phung Phan brings a wealth of experience and a passion for providing innovative, patient-centered care.

Dr. Phung Phan is a board-certified family physician with over a decade of experience in military, family, and executive medicine. As a U.S. Army veteran, he provided elite medical care to top-ranking officials and dignitaries, honing the personalized approach that defines concierge medicine.

He completed his family medicine residency at Fort Bragg and later served as Medical Director in Germany, overseeing care at the Army’s largest training facility in Europe. His leadership earned him multiple honors, including the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and numerous other awards.

Dr. Phan graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Bradenton and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida. Passionate about holistic, evidence-based medicine, he specializes in osteopathic manipulative therapy to improve musculoskeletal health and chronic pain management.

In his concierge practice, Dr. Phan emphasizes personalized care, ensuring that each patient receives the attention and support they need to live a healthy life. Dr. Phan is committed to fostering strong relationships and providing comprehensive care for each of his patients.
