When your child is sick, sometimes you are not sure when to call the doctor or when to treat your child at home.
At LRH, we understand your concern. You can call our office anytime if you are worried about your child. During business hours, we can determine if your child needs to be seen and schedule a same day visit to our office. After hours, for urgent needs or for those concerns that cannot wait until office hours the next day, you can reach our on-call pediatrician through the Lakeland Regional Health switchboard at 863.687.1321.
In addition to the common illnesses, such as fever, rashes, viral and bacterial infections, we also treat more complex illnesses like kidney problems or breathing issues. When needed, we are also able to enlist the help of pediatric subspecialists to further care for your child’s needs.
