Whole grains are the healthiest kinds of grains.

These unrefined grains haven’t had their bran and germ removed by milling. So they have more fiber and nutrients than their refined counterparts.

If you haven’t made the switch to whole-grain pastas and breads, you may not be getting enough whole grains in your diet. Watch this video for easy ways to make sure half of your grains are whole grains.
