We are excited to announce that our Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Outpatient Care Center moved to the Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center, effective on April 1, 2019. Relocating to the Medical Center Campus makes cardiovascular surgical care extremely convenient for patients and their families.
Andres Medina, MD; John Streitman, MD; and Nurse Practitioner Jamie Albares, APRN, now care for patients at the Medical Center, 1324 Lakeland Hills Blvd. Their offices are located on C4 West. To most conveniently access the Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Outpatient Care Center, patients and families are encouraged to park in the B-C Garage.
