Lakeland, FL – United States Representative Dennis Ross met with Lakeland Regional Health System leaders today during a visit to Lakeland Regional Medical Center (LRMC). The Congressman discussed current federal legislative activity related to healthcare and received a briefing from Lakeland Regional Health System President and CEO, Elaine C. Thompson, PhD, FACHE, and members of the Executive Leadership Council at the Medical Center.

After the executive briefing session, Representative Ross addressed the Health System leadership team to provide an update about the past and upcoming legislative sessions. The Congressman also thanked the team for their service and encouraged Lakeland Regional Health System to continue providing exceptional healthcare to the patients and families of his home community.
