While the vast majority of blog comments are valuable and inspiring to all of our readers, some are not. If you have a personal concern, complaint or billing question, those can be best resolved by sending a private message to

While we encourage discussion, engagement, comments and even criticism, we ask that your comments be respectful. Please refrain from using profanity, threatening language or making personal attacks on individual LRMC staff members.  Anything deemed defamatory, threatening, harassing, or libelous in nature is not welcome on our blog and will not be posted.

For your own safety, we also ask that you do not post your date of birth, Social Security Number or any other information you wish to keep private. In addition, please do not post about specific personal medical questions. These types of comments will also not be posted.

Like any organization with an online presence, we never welcome spam, postings from fake accounts, third-party solicitations or any malicious behavior.
